Ralph Farrell - Managing Director and Co-Founder of Enviro-Safe Ltd
Ralph has over 27 years of extensive knowledge within the asbestos industry. He co-founded Enviro-Safe in 1998 and has continued to oversee operations, manage Health and Safety and maintain the integral running of business both on site and office to this present day.
Ralphs career began as a thermal insulation engineer where he then progressed to a contractor undertaking a range of asbestos abatement services.
Ralph has a wealth of experience and is passionate about ensuring Enviro-Safe’s services are at the highest possible standards whilst more importantly ensuring that work is carried out safely.
Under Ralph's leadership Enviro-Safe has grown from strength to strength, this is largely due to his vision and commitment to the company.

Sharon Farrell - Company Secretary and Co-Founder of Enviro-Safe Ltd
Sharon co-founded Enviro-Safe alongside Ralph and as a consequence has over 14 years of experience within the industry. Sharon maintains a ‘hands-on approach’ whilst working alongside the office staff to ensure consistency and continuity of all policies and procedures and is committed to customer satisfaction.
Sharon is proactive in seeking new business opportunities and tendering for new contracts. Sharon’s knowledge and skills have been instrumental in continuing the company’s highly regarded reputation in the industry.

Brian Wells - Senior Surveyor
Brian brings over 20 years of Asbestos knowledge and surveying experience to Enviro-Safe. His career began after achieving his degree in Industrial Chemistry where he became a Laboratory Analyst and fast progressed onto a Section Head. He has a wealth of experience dealing with hazardous materials, particularly asbestos, whilst leading supervisors, surveyors, analysts and support staff specialising in Occupational Hygiene surveying and testing.
As Enviro-Safe’s representative on site, he ensures that works are carried out in a safe and appropriate manner, whilst keeping in line with HSG264 – Asbestos: The Survey Guide. His professional manner minimises the disruption to the client’s operations and also protects the Health and Safety of everyone who may be at risk.
With his extensive and successful management track record, Brian ensures he achieves a high level of safety performance and compliance with legislation within his work.

Dawn Taylor - Project Co-ordinator
Dawn is the first point of contact for all external enquiries, liaising confidently at different levels from government agencies, HSC executives and advisory bodies.
She assists in scoping works prior to generation of site documentation and directly deals with tenants by arranging appointments and scheduling works accordingly, often working to strict deadlines.
Dawn has an extensive liaison with work teams, clients and subcontractors, to ensure our smooth delivery of service, whilst booking and exchanging critical supply for all active projects. Her professionalism ensures Enviro-Safe develops strong relationships with the existing client base and delivers a quality service.

Michael Foster - Contracts Manager
Michael brings over 25 years of personal and hands-on experience to Enviro-Safe.
Initially, Michael started with Enviro-Safe as a Site Supervisor. The excellent quality of his work on site ensured his quick progression to Contracts Manager within just two years.
Michael is involved at every stage from the site visits right through to executing the works, this ensures that work methods selected will be suitable and appropriate. He directly deals with professional bodies such as the Health & Safety Executive, local authorities and he maintains the high standards of compliance with H&S legislation. He also manages the manpower resources on all sites paying particular attention to schedules and workmanship.
Michael has a wealth of knowledge ensuring projects are managed to the highest possible standards.
