We are current suppliers for an established building contractor who manage substantial regeneration projects in the Midlands. The work we are involved in covers a total of 3150 properties over a five year period, supplying an emergency response to call outs or short notice work. The logistics of being involved in such a long term project means liaising with the main contractor and completing works in line with programmes and schedules.

In addition we are also required to liaise directly with householders, discussing access arrangements and being able to alleviate any fears with regards to safety. Our other commitment is to keep the Health & Safety Executive up to date with notifications of work, we have now established a rolling programme to ensure that work can be continued with minimum disruptions. We feel that this diversity gives us great experience in communicating effectively and making sure that the services we provide are tailored effectively to meet with the scope of works required.
