INTERNAL
DEMOLITION:
A 'Soft Strip' procedure consisting of internal
dismantling and demolition. Normally carried
out prior to major refurbishment or demolition.
ENCAPSULATION:
A technique of sealing or repairing asbestos
using an asbestos encapsulant. Suitable for
use on asbestos that is in good condition and in a
location where disturbance is unlikely.
