A problem that many businesses will have is the safe removal of asbestos materials. We are fully licensed contractors who are able to carry out any work with asbestos, including its safe removal. We strictly work to comply with statutory regulations to prevent the spread of asbestos.
It's important to have a proper, thorough Asbestos Survey to clearly identity and provide recommendations for the management of asbestos. All surveys undertaken meet with standards as laid down in MDHS 100 and are carried out by qualified personnel who hold BOHS P402 proficiency certificates in 'Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos'.
We can arrange for single or bulk samples to be analysed by a UKAS accredited laboratory. We offer a collection service with sample report results. We generally operate a 24 hour turnaround and supply a written sample report in both CD and hard copy format, detailing results.
We offer contaminated waste disposal in accordance with the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005. Asbestos waste will be placed into suitable labelled bags and sealed accordingly. These bags of waste will be finally placed into a designated sealed container or van for disposal.
